Consumer will receive by mail a check for twenty US dollars ($20) when they purchase one of the following: Any set of twenty-series (20-series) Chrome Tube Step Bar (23/24/25/26/27-Sure-Grip(chrome or anodized)/28-Sport Tube from October 1,2006 through December 31, 2006. Offer limited to one rebate per household for each product. Consumer should mail a copy of the original proof of purchase receipt dated October 1,2006 through December 31, 2006, the original part number bar code label cut from product box and this completed form postmarked by January 30, 2007 to:

Consumer should make a photocopy of rebate form, original receipt and original part number bar code label in case of dispute or claim of nonpayment. The end consumer is qualified as one that does not resell the product and installs it on their own personal vehicle.
