You will receive a $25 rebate certificate with the delivery of your Westin Driving Lights. Save your original sales receipt for the purchase of a Westin product made within 12-months of receipt of certificate. Purchase(s) must be made between April 1, 2005 and September 6, 2006 and must be postmarked by October 8, 2006. Original front-end product purchase does not qualify for this rebate. Previously received copies of receipts will not be honored. All requirements must be fulfilled. Westin will send you a check for $25 cash.

*OFFICIAL RULES & REGULATIONS
Consumer will receive by mail a set of Westin Driving Lights of their choice when they purchase one of the following: Safari Light Bar (30-series), Bull Bar (32/33-series), or a Sportsman Grille Guard: 1-Piece Welded, KD or CPS (40/41/44-series)* from April 1, 2005 through June 30, 2005. Consumer will also recieve a $25 mail-in rebate certificate redeemable with next Westin product purchase. Please refer to $25 mail-in rebate certificate for terms and conditions. Offer limited to one rebate per household for each product. Consumer should mail a copy of the original proof of purchase receipt dated April 1, 2005 through June 30, 2005, the original part number bar code label cut from product box and this completed form postmarked by July 30, 2005 to: Westin Automotive Products, Free Driving Light Offer #5369, PO Box 42912 Mesa, AZ 85274-2912
Consumer should make a photocopy of rebate form, original receipt and original part number bar code label in case of dispute or claim of nonpayment. The end consumer is qualified as one that does not resell the product and installs it on their own personal vehicle. Please allow 8-10 weeks from receiving the original documentation from the consumer.
